Curriculum

The Six-Course Path

Each course installs a layer of the operating system. Strict sequencing — no skipping, no shortcuts.

Course 1

The Foundation

Awareness, Honesty, Accuracy

Before you can change anything, you need to see it clearly. Course 1 installs the practice of behavioral truth — tracking what you actually do, not what you think you do. You begin the Daily Results Practice (DRP), the system's core instrument, and learn to collect accurate data about your own behavior without interpretation or judgment.

Tools introduced
  • Daily Results Practice (DRP)
  • Results Journal

Course 2

Changing the Mind

Beliefs, Identity, Emotional Regulation

Identity drives behavior. Course 2 teaches you to identify and dismantle the beliefs that constrain your actions, build a Results Identity anchored in evidence rather than aspiration, and regulate emotional states that interfere with execution. This is where the mental layer of the system is installed.

Tools introduced
  • Results Identity Builder
  • Instant Access

Course 3

Stabilization

Consistency Without Motivation

Most systems collapse when novelty fades. Course 3 is designed for exactly that moment — when motivation disappears, boredom sets in, and the temptation to quit or reinvent is strongest. You prove the system works by continuing to run it when it feels unremarkable. Flat weeks are the system working.

Tools introduced
  • Weekly Results Practice (WRP)
  • Results Check-in (RC30)

Course 4

Execution

Structure, Measurement, Scheduling

Execution becomes visible, measurable, and time-bound. Course 4 introduces the Schedule Planner, the Scoreboard, and the XP system — tools that convert intentions into enforceable commitments. You enter the 12-Week Sprint, a structured execution cycle where behavior is tracked, trends are measured, and progress is validated through evidence checkpoints.

Tools introduced
  • Schedule Planner
  • Scoreboard
  • XP System
  • Results Check-in (RC60, RC90)

Course 5

Environment & Integration

Environmental Leverage, Reduced Friction

Your environment either supports your execution or undermines it. Course 5 teaches you to audit and redesign the physical, digital, and social environments where your behavior happens. You reduce friction, design defaults, and align your surroundings with the identity and practices you have already installed.

Tools introduced
  • Environmental Audit Toolkit

Course 6

Long-Term Operating System

Autonomy, Maintenance, Reruns

The system becomes internal. Course 6 prepares you to operate without external support — running sprint cycles independently, maintaining the practices and tools as a self-sustaining operating system. The goal is not graduation; it is autonomous execution that continues producing results indefinitely.

Tools introduced
  • Sprint Reruns
  • Autonomous Execution Cycle
